We NEVER mix your meat with anyone else's, what you bring in the door is what you take out. We strive to ensure a quick turnaround on your meat and vaccum package everything to make sure your meat stays fresh all year long. We not only offer exceptional wild game processing, we have a variety of sausages, jerky, summer sausage and salami to please everyone in your family.

If you choose to de-bone your meat yourself, we would be happy to take your CLEAN boneless trim in to make burger, sausage, jerky, summer sausage or salami. However, what you bring in is what you take out. We don't accept dirty meat or anything requiring extra trimming.
We are open Monday thru Friday from 9-5 pm and Saturdays 10-Noon (seasonal). During game season please call to set up a time to drop off your animal. As the game season gets underway we will adjust our regular hours, so check back!
We also offer a variety of retail products to suit almost everyone. So whether you didn't have a successful hunt or are just looking for something else, we smoke ribs every Wednesday and Friday afternoons, so pick them up at 3:00 pm hot or swing by anytime and grab a slab to throw on the grill. We also carry jerky, bratwurst, German sausage, breakfast sausage, Polish sausage, chorizo, Italian sausage and burger year round.
